Ingredients
- 200g block of feta cheese
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Red onion
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Penne pasta
Instructions
- Rough chop onion and place in a baking dish with tomatoes, garlic, and the whole block of feta cheese. Cover in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta turns golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta.
- Mash the feta and tomatoes with a fork until mixed then mix into pasta.
